Words cannot possibly express how much deployment sucks especially when yet another birthday rolls around and not only am I a year older, but my husband is yet again on the other side of the world getting shot at. Happy fucking birthday to me! No birthday kiss, no birthday present, and definitely no birthday sex. The only possibility today holds is that it would be my luck that rear-d would call today of all days to tell me my husband is WIA. That would be the icing on the cake. Fuck me.
On a happier note, I don't think I look my age. I feel about 10000 year old, but I am pretty sure I don't look the 35 I actually am. Which is a good thing. My husband likes to tell me that as soon as I look legal, he's done with me and to expect divorce papers. What a sweet guy!
